My infinix zero stopped charging and a carlcare customer rep asked me to come with 13,950 for repair,thought it should be absolutely free.

Hello, I sent my infinix hot phone from Warri to carlcare Lagos through rewjido pickup point more than 3weeks ago for broken screen and touch digitizer replacement
I was told it would take about 3weeks however its been more than 3weeks and I've not been contacted yet either through call or SMS.please how much longer do I wait
before I go into panic mode.Also is there anyone I can call to get updates about my phone?

The fone is still under warranty and the not charging must have been caused by power surge.Got the said amount when I called ur ikeja office.
