We must also factor the "MENACE" of these Motor Park Touts (Agbero) into the equation.
I understand that most of them "work" for the LGA!
So, somehow, they have "official" backing!

Govt should stop putting such Touts on the road,.... there are more "refined ways" of collecting their levies.
For example: No Vehicle License and Insurance "Issuance/Renewal" except you can show evidence of having paid a certain "levy" into a Govt nominated bank account.
We know you will get apprehended if your vehicle is not licensed and insured.
Its that simple.

Now 3 people paid for such lawlessness again... For how long shall our public transport structures be in the hands of baboons?
