You're right in way. Indulge me for a minute. Millions of Nigerians are stuck on their smart phones almost half the day. So even they are on the move 24/7, they wouldn't miss out on any action. I think that's the whole idea behind Konga mobile sales thing. I'm assuming that even the timeframe is screwed up as you put, at least a large majority would be able to steal one minute or two from whatever they are doing just to catch some early birds or discount (especially if its a deal that isn't worth missing out on). I bet these online shops are counting on the same thing too.

I agree with you, that's why I was ticked off by the op's complaint, this wasn't something they just dropped in our laps unexpectedly, it was on their website, and they sent out notifications, but the for my assertion is the fact that just can't steal a minute or two for it because of the way it was set up, if you participated would have noticed that searching for products on sale was a bit of a hassle, and my app in particular was acting up, so it was a little time consuming.

Exactly wat happened to me coz I was so dissapointed dat after checkin dia site thru d app early in the mornin I couldn't see any difference. Nobody is beggin dem to do any crazy slash, it's gud for a company nt to be deceptive in its advert coz if they don't offer any crazy discount nobody will arrest them for it.
I hope d much over-hyped 'jumia megathon' won't be as diappointin as dis.

I woke up this morning .....thanks d ma freaky alarm dat woke me up 6am.....konga straight.......phones like infinix hot , hot note , itel , etc....d prices remain dsame....no deduction at all.....I was confused dat whats wrong.....I later noticed dat d phone were selected for the promo. e.g iphone, samsung s series. and some freaky fones.....I was even like let me place the order maybe d price will reduce.......but hell no.......if u call me for the product (I will just switch off my phone)..cuz u konga guyz are annoying....waiting for jumia megathon....

the galaxy s5, you won't know the actual price until you click the product. like for example the galaxy s5 blue was showing 100000naira byt when I clicked it , I saw 51000naira and sharply I ordered for it.For my mums birthday.
