I think the ballon d'or will still be a Messi-CR affair for about 2 more seasons.Hazard might make the top 3 if he leads chelsea to UCL glory and performs well with Belgium at the Euros next year.Maybe Robben too if he does the same.Neymar has already made a case and would probably make the top 3 at the beginning of next year(Plus he can also win the copa america this month).Difficult to predict who they would be for now.

Let's be realistic a bit. The only other players I see winning d Balon d'Or in a few season's time are
1. Neymar. With the rate at which his game is developing, he has shown that he's worthy for that title. This season has silenced critics who used to compare him to Bale. 39 goals in all competitions no be beans.
2. Suarez. In his first season at a new club, he has scored 25 goals and given over 20assists. He has shown that he can come back from a scandal and ban to play good football and help his team. Honestly, that his scandal was a blessing in disguise for Barca. If not, Madrid would hav pushed for signing him and his transfer fee could have sky-rocketed (even more than Bale's).
Hazard is good no doubt. But other players are raising the bar so high that it'll take a lot of personal drive and development on his part for him to have a chance at nomination!
It's not easy to come back from a disappointing season. Getting to d top is d easy part. Staying there is d hard work. That statement sums up Gareth Bale. Even tho he has potential to be better than he is, if Madrid doesn't play like a team that believes in one another's ability, then Bale's decline may continue.
Forget Robben; he can't smell that award. His age is going to tel in d coming season causing him to be more prone to injury.
Mueller is a good player; he scores goals and helps the team but he's not spectacular. Last time I checked, only spectacular players have won d Balon d'Or in d last 6 seasons.
This is my opinion tho and can be true or not.
