I can't say much to this but what I know is that it depends on the kind/type of the officer who attend to whoever goes to submit it. the form is usually crosschecked to ensure complete document before you are allowed to write down your name. it will be advisable you go yourself.... remember you were told to submit to the nearest jamb office.

These are the most important things you have to note as a University of
ilorin
aspirant,put this tips in your finger tips.
Important Tips To Note As UNILORIN Aspirant 2015/2016 Academic Session
1) To qualify for UNILORIN putme exam,
you must have sat for any of the O’ Level
exam either with the result released or
awaiting and already meet up with the
school’s minimum cut-off mark for your
course in JAMB and DE.
2) UNILORIN post utme exam is a CBT
exam, so be ready to face the computer
once more.
3) The question is going to be 50 in number
which will last for only 25 minutes/30
minutes.
4) the questions can be categorized into 5
parts which are: Eng Lang., mathematics,
Biology, General Question(with Geography
having higher priority) and Current Affairs.
5) Generally, UNILORIN doesn’t have
proportion in which the questions are
supplied to candidates which means a
candidate may have the FOUR-listed
subjects in the proportion/ratio 20:10;5;7:
8(i.e Eng Lang.= 20, Mathematics=10,
Biology=5, General Question=7, Current
Affairs= while another candidate will have
his/her combination in the ratio 15:4:8:17:6
and so on which means the proportion
varies from candidate to candidate but one
thing is certain, you will be provided with 50
questions in total.
6) UNILORIN does not test how far you
know about the department or faculty you
are coming in for because they believe
those ones have been settled in your O’
Level and you have also been tested in
JAMB so the post UTME is just a way to
screen people by the institution, so
therefore, don’t be surprised if you are a
Law student and you sitting next to an
Engineering student sitting for the same
exam.
7) No official date has been announced for
the sale of the post-UTME form by the
school, but hopefully one month or more
from the time of this post.
It would be posted on the dailies, the
school website or any of the Nigerian
student or educative site like
Nairaland.com
9) No official price announced yet but it
would be something between N3000 and
N4000 because last year it was N3000 while
it was N2000 in the previous year.
10) The form will be purchased online on
the school site using either the Verve
Master Card. PLEASE NOTE THAT FORMS
WILL NOT BE SOLD OUTSIDE THE SCHOOL
SITE LIKE JAMB FORMS.

firstly, my state of origin is kwara state nevertheless, in terms of admitting students into the institution, they do consider the catchment area.
secondly,I can't give specific figure of students admitted through D.E last year and it varies but in my department, students admitted through D.E are between 20 to 25

to start with, runs don't work in Unilorin hence, if someone promise runs I will count it as a scam.

yeah, connection do works. am very sure of that but not to worry because their is a list called merit list. once your score merit the cut off mark, you sure do have a chance of gaining admission.

Your choice of course to study also have a role to play because some courses are of higher demand than the others No wonder you tend to see a person scoring higher mark than his subordinate but the admission favour the latter due to choice of course.

Hmmmm...danger looms oo. I'm going for finance and banking, and surely the course is of higher demand

the general cutoff mark varies owk. last year was 50 , upper last year was 45. so, this year might be 60 #winks .......don't mind me,it might also be 50 but that school is unpredictable mhenn. likewise, in those higher demand department, you sure have to be talking of 60 and above.
