Gud am E family, I am in a need of assistance from any one that can help here.

I got acceptance into a college for a two year PGD and my tuition is $13740Cad. All my documents for TRV are ready except SPONSOR"s documents. The man that promised to help as a sponsor got partial paralysis about two weeks ago and currently in the hospital. I have tried looking for other sponsors but no positive response from any.

Please I need help from anyone here that can provide me with a GENUINE SOA (as a sponsor) and other sponsor's documents to enable me apply for my TRV.

I have half of my tuition already and my salary will keep running because I am on study leave with pay. So, paying for my tuition myself is not a problem.

Please help me actualize my dreams and I will forever be indebted and grateful.

Ok..I don't know how to break this news but I willl break it afterall..

After vexing and mailing CIC yesterday. They decided to respond to me with an email this evening.

So , I logged on to CIC and found out I av been delayed. Their Reasons below:

Purpose of visit-Their papa.I have a B.Eng Petroleum going for Masters Chemical.Work experience:Process engineer

Travel History- First time is not a crime

Financial and Personal asset- I showed over 800k in my account bt sponsors have a total of 14m.

Please no pity party. I haven't lost anyone. Will def re-apply by Sept when I push my start date to January..

Thanks!

Please what was the response they gave to your mail before you were refused? I think I need to send them a mail also but I'm getting a feeling they just gave you a response without due consideration for your app.

Dont believe everything you read here. You can send them an email if your application is more than 8weeks old and you are running out of patience.

'Calling the embassy' is a topic that polarizes opinions - but it has absolutely nothing to do with approval or refusal, I've read instances where people went to the embassy to cancel their application and got travel on the same day they made their request.

My advice tho, is to chill and pray that whenever it drops it should be something to rejoice about.

Egbon dis is not even about 'rights' - It is a misconception that if we make moves to learn about our application then it will result in refusal.

Since it is stated on their website when to make enquiry, it is within reason for you to do so, cautiously though.

With all thanks to the Almighty Father, I want to inform the house that I have been delayed.

Purpose of visit, Personal Assets and Financial Status were ticked as the main reason for the refusal.

List of what I submitted.

1) A personal fixed deposit account with N5.5m in my account.

2) Sponsors: A statement of account from my husband : N5.3m
My younger brother's statement of account: about N19m;
My sister-in-law's work payslip as a nurse in America about $3,000 monthly with a letter from her stating she will pay for my
accommodation in Canada

3) My home tie is my husband and two children.

4) My job is closely related to my course of study. I work as a Vice Principal and I am going for a masters course in Educational
Leadership. I included copy of work Identity Card, letter of employment (present and past).

5) I even included a breakdown of my proposed expenses vis-a-vis the one provided by the school.

6) Copy of personal landed property in Lagos and Ogun.

7) I think I wrote what is to be expected on my SOP.

Thanks guys for being there for me. For now, I am not thinking of refiring or what do you guys think?
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 8 by dedicateDD: 12:55pm On Jul 08, 2015
i wish to see u in person ..you talk too much, you nearly gave wrong address if no i used my discretion today for biometrc
hayqinsbFX:
sorry @berexio.
But i think we can now conclude by saying that submitting a personal SOA doesnt necessarily cater for personal assets and financial status. What has sufficed well recently is a paid job where the employer states your annual earnings..(thats a good financial status to the VO i think)
Besides i think you didnt use the fact that youre going for a masters to your full advantage. A part payment of your masters fees would have gone a long way i think bearing the fact that ure not providing a parent sponsor.

In summary sha, everything na still Gods grace.....resharpen the app and put in more prayer and you will be fine in Jesus name.

ill like to ask if you have any study gap to. when was your last time in school?

@ Zgross, many thanks, I am thinking of refiring but I don't know how to go about it. Trying to read about those with similar issues to learn as I will like to refire as soon as possible if I have to.

@easyxtan, I submitted my personal and salary account. My salary account does not have much (as i am presently teaching in a private school) but my personal account indicates my fixed deposit balance of over N5.5m. I explained I have been working for a long time and also saving. All previous letter of employment were submitted.
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 8 by Graphical(f): 1:35pm On Jul 08, 2015
@Gu2015; I did not pay any fee. Do you think It is advisable for me to pay now before refiring?
