Hi Hommies, a brother needs some help with my Tecno H6, the camera suddenly started malfunctioning yesterday, it will appear as if there are lines across the screen blurring the captured image.


I'll post a photo captured before and after the problem started to help illustrate what I mean.

Any help as to what the problem is and how it can be corrected would be deeply appreciated.

Please help me. My Tecno N7 takes ages to load my contacts and perform some operations these days. If I switch on my phone It'll stay for the whole day or hours before my contacts will load. Sometimes I'll have to switch it off and on like four or five times before it can open my contacts and call log. I've been using this phone since it came out newly and have never had any problem with it. I've also never rooted it. Engineers in the house, please what could be the problem?

Everything points to your lens. Look for a way to clean it with cotton bud (the one normaly used to clean the ear).
if it persist, Seek a technician.

i don't think dis particular aspect of d forum is helpful jooo. i requestd for hlp on my Lenovoa319 phone since 4 days ago and up till nw our so called engineers hav nt given any info, whether helpful or nt. At least, there shld b a response n d request based on their claims that thy could solve any prob in respect of any phone. na wa ooo

Hello, as for the problem you mentioned, you can try to move your contacts from your SIM card to your phone. If the problem still exists, you can try to restore factory settings, but remember to back up important files. Hi, could it be your simcard has no balance? Or there is no GSM signal? You can try to insert your simcard to other phones to comfirm where is the problem (simcard or phone). If your simcard has problem, you can try to contact operaters. Good day people. Please I need help....I charged my blackberry q5 lover night and it for fully charged. I woke up and used it till around past 10 on d morning... Then when it got to 78% NEPA brought the light and oli plugged the charger again only to see it go off and reboot....but it never finished rebooting....it kept rebooting and I took it to a software specialist and he can't do anything about it.
