The bank will do nothing of such. A customer cannot tell a bank to lien another customer's account.
The fraud case is between two unknown customers. Lien is put on a customers account if it was an internal mistake made by a teller.
In this case, it was an online transaction. Even if it isn't online, are you telling me that after going to a counter to make payment and the deposit slip has correct account name and account number, you will go back to them and tell them to lien the account?
OP, no need to go make a mess of yourself in the bank. Just chill a little

Pls I want to ask u few questions. When last did u communicate with me on ur own? Around February. Between February and may I was on ur case, begging and crying on phone for u, until u eventually cut me off that may. When I brought the matter online as my only option, u claimed my goods had been in lagos since march. Are u saying all d while I was begging u, u intentionally didn't want to tell me my goods were in lagos? Later u said u lost all ur contacts but the moment u saw this case online, I got a text message from u immediately threatening me not to try u. Search ur heart and find the truth. U traumatised me and treated me like a kid who kept begging at ur mercy while u always shouted me down. Between may and now, I waited patiently that God cld touch ur heart and u mite just contact me since I cldnt reach u again, but u never. The moment I got ur contact on fb and sent u a message, u blocked me. Ure now here saying u didn't have any negative intention. Ure looking for a safe landing, hence ur long epistle. If I didn't come to nairaland to speak up, trust me, u wld ve kept quiet forever. I'll appreciate if u stop sending curses to my phone. Since I tried settling it privately and u showed me I cldnt stand u, let's do evrytin online. Atleast ccoming online helped me get ur attention
