Wisdom is applicable here. U might have ignored her from the onset thinking it won't bother u. But when she became the whistle blower after several months, do u know what I would have done? Firstly call her to pull down the thread giving a date to atlest let her know you are serious. Then pay nothing less than 50% to calm her down. Then finally offset the remaining balance later on.
