I have bought 3 vehicles from them in the past;

1. Nissan Murano in 2010,
2. Toyota Camry in 2011,
3. Toyota Sienna in 2012.

Adexfem (nairaland.com/adexfem) cleared them all for me. Reason I haven't bought from them of late is principally due to exchange rate. To a lesser extent, it's also due to desire to have things calm down in the new government so as to know its policy direction.

Buy Now simply means buy now. Here, the firm price for the car is stated. You check the car details put out and do further due diligence as you wish e.g. checking the VIN out on Autocheck or Carfax. Once you decide to go ahead, you fund your account and click on buy.

With bidding, you bid for a car which another prospective buyer can counter. And it goes on this way until the bid completion time. If the last bid (highest bid) meets the reserved price, such bidder wins.

A car is either sold direct or by bid. Repo is just a car that is repossessed either by a bank or some other financial institution due to default on the part of the person from whom the car is repossessed. Such cars are then sold either as BUY NOW or by BID.
