yes. People have been Recommended , waiting for admission letter to be signed.

PG students (new students) officially resume on Monday. If you're yet to hear from your Dept or PG School, why don't you just cme down to Ibadan and find out for yourself?! Don't forget, we are all applicants here (hence do not have the answers we all seek).
So that you don't miss out, my candid advice is that you go to your Dept and find out what is causing the delay. Some have had transcript issues, waiting list, etc and rectified same because they came themselves and sorted out with the Dept (or PG School). Time of great essence, remember that.

I am starting to think that this program is free of charge...
