What do the Israeli muslims call God ?

If they call God allah discarding the name the Jews know God to be, it clearly shows Allah is not Yahweh the true God. One would expect them to call God in their local language and not in Arabic language, afterall they are the ones to whom God first revealed Himself.

Three quarters of the pages of the Quran are devoted to criticizing the Jews and the Christians. You can hardly find verses talking about pagans. In fact, islam has no other message other than criticizing the Christians in today's world.
