Ribery is available, Alonso too on a free transfer. grin grin

I dont want to be a prophet of doom all the time. But I can already tell you there is something wrong with the rumored Zlatan deal

Zlatan is going to earn a lot, has a huge ego, Wont take a bench role, he is lazy as fucckk, He doesnt believe he has to run as others.

I also think James might not be great because if Mourinho hates Mata because he is lazy, had to play an extra midfielder to accomodate Mata's lack of marking and preferred Oscar, How is James much different from Mata? How much longer are you going to be fleeced by Perez for a player he doesn't want anymore. Or is Jorge Mendes just opening shop on y'all to sell all his overpriced players and he makes his own commission?

First, we don't need Ribery coz his wing is well covered by Martial. But if we can get Alonso on free transfer, then hell yes. Alonso is different from Teiger. Teiger has been injury prone for the past 4-5 years, so we goofed in going for him. But Alonso is not injury prone and can serve as a back-up DM to another younger DM we'd buy. If he ends up flopping then he'll be shipped out. What I wouldn't want is paying any dime for him, maybe £3M tops. Morata wouldn't be bad coz we can't depend on ONE striker (Rashford) to be fit and on form for over 38 matches. Competition wouldn't be bad if you ask me.

As for Ibra, you already know my position on him, I have never been his fan and if I had the power I wouldn't bring him anywhere near Old Trafford. He's a ticking timebomb and a lazy arrogant prick. I don't even see how Mourinho will buy James. That waste pipe? When it's already confirmed that Mata (that plays like him) will be heading for the exist. James will never play under Mourinho. Rumors have it that he's pencilled down Mario of Sporting Lisbon as one of his transfer targets. That's the kind of players Mourinho goes for not idíots like James. With Mourinho, players like Carrick, Mata, Memphis, Jones, Rojo, Fellani and other sub-standard players like them will be out.

Louis signed his own trusted men.
Allow the Special one to sign his men too and judge him after 2 years.
My point is he's never been at a club which needs a mjor rebuild like ours. All he's done in many clubs he has been, is to add some few key players in.
If he gets it wrong with the rebuilding process, he will never come out of it.

I agree with your point on Alonso. He is old but still useful thats why Bayern signed him on a yr extension till 2017 when he would be 36. He cant run a lot so dont expose him to counters else he would foul and get carded

Zlatan We are in agreement with that. I wont want him near my club even at his peak not to talk of the current aged one who is just looking for a meal ticket and a fertile place for his media life. I saw one clip dont know if its real or not. He scored late in the game and invited his 2 kids onto the field then walked out of the game without being subbed out

Also about James. I think he is a good player but doesn't fit into most game plans. He needs 2 markers he isnt pacey enough to play on the wings
Goodluck in the transfer market.

LOUIS VAN GAAL STATEMENT

Louis van Gaal issued the following statement at 20:30 BST this evening (Monday 23 May)...

It has been an honour to manage such a magnificent club as Manchester United FC, and in doing so, I have fulfilled a long-held ambition.

I am immensely proud to have helped United win the FA Cup for the 12th time in the club's history. I have been privileged during my management career to have won 20 trophies but winning the FA Cup, which is steeped in so much history, will always be one of the most special achievements of my career.

I am very disappointed to be unable to complete our intended three-year plan. I believe that the foundations are firmly in place to enable the club to move forward and achieve even greater success.

I hope that winning the FA Cup will give the club a platform to build upon next season to restore the success that this passionate set of fans desire.

Having managed in Holland, Spain and Germany, I had always hoped for the opportunity to manage in English football and be part of English culture. Both of these experiences have lived up to expectations and been fantastic.

I thank my players and wish them well for next season. It has been a pleasure to work with them and it has been particularly rewarding to see so many young players take their chance to break into the first team and excel. I look forward to watching the continued development of these young players next season.

Thank you to the owners and board of Manchester United for giving me the opportunity to manage this great club.

I would also like to express my gratitude to the amazing United supporters. They are truly the best fans in the world.

I am indebted to my support and coaching staff, who have given me their all during their time at the club.

I am deeply grateful to each and every member of the club’s staff - the sports science team, the medical team, the kit and laundry department, club administration, the press office, the manager's team, the Academy team, ground staff and the catering team, both at Old Trafford stadium and Carrington training ground, all of whom have given me their unwavering support in my time at United. Never in my 25 years as a manager have I been so well supported in my role.

Finally, my special thanks go to Sir Alex Ferguson and Sir Bobby Charlton for always making me and my family feel so welcome throughout my time as Manchester United manager.

Aloysuis Paulus Maria Van Gaal have left the theatre of dreams after being up to no good.

And to think I supported him vehemently here.

An end to the military regime, to the sideways passing, to the Phee-lo-so-phee, and to the process.

Rio gives his verdict on Van Gaal's legacy.

"After few hours to let the dust settle.. I thought I would write a few words on Louis Van Gaal.

"His unwavering belief in his methods is something to respect in many ways but it was also part of his undoing too.

"Success (winning the league or CL) is what Manchester United demands & added to that an attacking, quick, aggressive & imaginative style of football.

"Unfortunately LVG failed to bring either of those elements to the club.

He is huge personality who won an FA cup, keeping up his habit of winning trophies everywhere he has been but his #MUFC legacy will be the introduction of the players from the academy like Rashford, Lingard, Fosu-Mensah etc which WAS in keeping with the history of the club - giving kids an opportunity to play."

[Source: M.E.N] #MUFC #LVG

.............
Ryan Giggs has been made an offer. The Club want him to stay and he has gone on holiday and will consider it.

...........

Some hours ago

#UPDATE:

* Woodward went to see LVG last night at his home in Bowdon to deliver news.

* LVG agreed to the termination of the contract. "Mutual Consent"

*LVG now on flight to Portugal - asked for club to delay news, described as difficult decision as LVG was well liked at club.

* Mourinho along with agent Jorge Mendes, will meet again with Ed Woodward in next 48 hours to finalise his contract.

* Ryan Giggs has been offered a reduced role at the club. Rumoured to be U21s job.
