u need to take a proper look at those pop up very well, they are very dangerous, they steal ur personal data, tap ur info, send it to some hackers data base, and they use ur info to make illegal stuffs somewhere else. beware.

scan d fone wit a good antivirus, updated antivirus, u can also perform factory reset

Next tym u get any pop up, slide down ur notification menu, click n hold d annoying popup. U'll see "app info". Click on it, it'll tek u directly to d app causing d popup. U can then uninstall from there.
There is an infected app dat automatically ON ur data n wifi. I doubt if u'll b able to uninstall all cos most of dem are installed with d name "com..." to mek u think they're system apps.

Boot it into safe mode by long-pressing on power off, then check if the problem still persists. If it does, you might have to flash the phone, but if it doesn't, while still in safe mode, go to Settings>Apps and remove apps you don't recognize.
