Moborlarh: Yes, you can apply without your NYSC discharge certificate (provided your certificate will be ready by the time you are scheduled for clearance). Try applying online, you will know the application fee from the invoice generated. Regards 1 Like 1 Share |

U.I is currently on strike right? Were students who live on campus sent home? Please i need an answer. A friend of mine stays on campus and since April 17 her number has been switched off. At first i thought her phone must have been stolen or something but since the strike i expected she'll come home but she has not.  Are campus students still in school? I'm super worried. |
