You can use it if your are sure your address is correct and can easily be located... if not try get your location zip code .

Sadiq3051, please why did you leave out international passport? That should have been the 1st ID you should have mentioned.

By ignoring it, those possessing one will think it isn't accepted. In fact, some foreign applications won't accepted any ID except international passport.

In summary, the 3 accepted valid IDs are: international passport, driver's licence and National ID card.

Voter's card is also accepted in some cases but the 3 are the main ones.

To get your account number immediately use Driver's license (worked for me). You won't have to upload you IDs just License number and expiry date.

BB gives a non-Nigerian IP when you browse; that's why you can't see Nigeria on the list because their system assumes you aren't browsing from Nigeria. Use a non-blackberry phone instead.

You can withdraw via ATM but I won't advise that because you will be charged at a very low rate.

Best bet, sell to exchangers - they buy your Payoneer funds at a much higher rate and credit your local bank account with the Naira equivalent.

that is easy you can withdraw the money from any ATM machine DAT accept MasterCard but small charges r involved , but the best way to cash out is to sell to third party which is very good interms of exchange rate den u get the equivalent naira in ur bank account ones transaction is done... Some third party are on nairaland
