Have you already registered for the national identity card? If yes, you might have to register again with a different age. Do you have a BVN if yes then I can't help you. The BVN is currently one of the, if not the most substantial means of identification and verification the country now.

And to your question sir; No..... I have issues with my birth certificate, I just have the authentic year I was born,So I don't know if it possible to change the year.
