Hello,

I just went through my records and discovered I have some funds lying in a payPal account i opened in 2008 with a Texas/USA account but which I did not perfect because of:
A] inability to provide a USA bank account and consequently
B] inability to link it to a credit/debit card, and also
C] cI ould not provide a USA mobile number for verification.

Sometime in October 2012. PayPal sent me the below email titled "YOUR PAYPAL FUNDS ARE NOW ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL"

Since I got this mail I have not been able to do anything about it but I can still log into the PayPal account..

Kindly advice if something can be done to regularize the account to enable me start using it.

The USA bank account, credit/debit card and phone number can be provided but it doesn't guarantee restoration of your paypal due to the year it was limited. Also, other limits like photo id and proof of address will be added to the limitation list. The best option is to cashout your funds. How much is in the account?
