Almost everyone on Nairaland claims Glo is useless 'cause their network slow.

So, where are their 26 million subscribers located?

They have 8 million subscribers more than Airtel and 9 million more than Etisalat. And only 6 million behind 'mighty' MTN. Great!


Glo is so cheap right now. I bought their 10 gig for 2.5k 3 wks ago, and I have still not exhausted the free calls that came with the data purchase.


Not sure how they make profit.

Airtel second name is just fraud.

I purchased 12GB plan and it stopped browsing when I used 6GB, the next message is that I have exhausted my data plan.

MTN NG has the idea but they are stingy as hell
GLO NG is as confused as a cross breed between Buhari and Jonathan

it's not as if MTN are stingy but NCC regulations are making it difficult for them being they are the market leader. It doesn't take MTN more than a second to slash 1g from N1,000 to N100 but the problem is other followers may loose out on the long run. Take for example MTN free night calls, most persons prefer it than other operators even though some offer similar service.
