Please someone should help me out, my Etisalat Modem is refusing to connect.

Any time I click on the "Connect" option, it tells me 'connect failed'.

I have battled with it for 2 days now but to no avail.

What do I do please?

Check the I.P settings, APN. Does it use SIM Card?

Try another PC
Reload dash board
Check APN settings
Switch network mode to 2g

If none of the above work, its high time you buried the modem.

I later uninstalled and reinstalled the Modem and it worked.

U nid 2 replace it

Uninstall the modem software from control panel, programs and features, restart the system, plug and reinstall the the modem afresh. I hope this works.
