Benin City, where laying archaic curses is the order of the day. I remember my time schooling there, one couldn't take a morning stroll without seeing at least six instances of people laying curses on others. If all those curses worked the city would've been a ghost town a long time ago.
I remember climbing a mango tree once the owner designed from top to bottom with bright red pieces of cloth. After plucking a few mangoes I understood why he/she did it; they were the best mangoes I ever tasted.

I remember when I first gain admission there in Uniben the first thing my cousin who is a resident there ask me if I have black clothe for burial and if I don't I should try and get one.
