Don't you think they are complicating their statements where they said it can be used as business transactions. They should have made it that it can be used for business transactions excluding trading of e currency business but since it is not well explained, I really do not think anyone can be reported as a result of that.

This was why I and some other people said that this thread is being monitored but some people almost ate us raw. We never see something, more are still on the way.

well some people are the cause of all this unfortunate situation, 99% of the people i have dealt with, when sending me cash majority will put words like

paypal funds
payoneer funds
funds exchange
skrill funds

etc

as NOTE, NARRATION , COMMENTS

same as when sending payoneer funds to payoneer funds

They don't need to monitor nairaland to know what is happening, all your transactions are recorded ,all they need to do is to go through your bank transaction statements. They must have seen that many of their customers are registering and using their cards on e currency sites,then they will look at the volume of trade in and out of these sites to determine the level of trade.

Do you think so? I believe is the rat at home that tells the rat in the bush that there is fish in the house. This people don't know all these you think they know, is only somebody that will point towards that direction for them to follow. I said this base on gtbank case with walmart money order, access bank case when people where transferring naira to domiciliary account via quick teller and also stanbic case of Amazon. All they need is information that something is happening and the rest is history.

The case is this ,once something happens ,it may go on for sometime but when records are been checked and the bank notices that they have been losing money they will sure find and plug the hole eg amazon. But you maybe right though,anything is possible .

I wouldn't blame anyone for doing this..... Every money has to be accounted for. How will I explain #50k or more transfers to an account if I don't add the purpose as a note?
