That book is not just an "ancient" book, it is called 'ancient and modern'. It is the only book of its age that posses modern appeal.

Eg. Every year, it's recorded as the best seller book. Number 2, every year, even presidents and governors quotes from its wisdom.
And thirdly, it prophesises what is happening in our modern world today. Like "in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here" (2 Timothy 3:1)

Then lastly, that "ancient book" is future proof. Even your most modern science book would in the future be revised. But the Bible have not been revised although being close to 3000 years old. Who can revise these wise words. "A man must leave his father and mother and stick to his wife. And the two will be one flesh"? (Genesis 2). Every year those scientific biological biblical words have always played out although being more than 3000 years old.

That's the evidence of the bible's claim that " the word of God is alive and exerts power" (Hebrew 4:12). Yeah always alive and modern!
