Hello, for those who wrote the Aptitide test of the aforementioned organization, has anyone gotten a feedback yet? The HR guy promised to get back to us this week.

lemme ask on behalf of others that will come after me: HOW DID YOU APPLY?

There was no advert put up by the said company. Having applied to several coys for advertised roles, yet no invite, I decided to take the bull by the horn. I no longer wait for opportunities to be published, I rather reach out to them. How? I search for coys I have interest in, get their HR email address and forward my CV(unsolicited) to them. It works. This was the case with Crusader Sterling Pensions. I sent my CV on Wednesday 27th July, got a call from HR hours later same day, then an email same day inviting me for a test on the 29th. Don't wait for adverts anymore, most coys try to reduce the time and cost involved in putting up adverts, so they pick from the pool of CVs in their database (mostly unsolicited). Try this and thank me later.

I was only trolling with my last post tho. Nice one actually am an advocate of such, as a matter of fact you can check out my thread on this section where I shared my journey from NYSC POP to the streets down the interview and finally getting the job.

As per the crusader job, try contact the HR, tho they might be sending invites to more applicants. I once applied for one of the sister companies of crusader sterling and due to the long delay I was already working elsewhere for about 4 months B4 their own employment letter came, I had to look away at the end sha.

Hello, I wrote the test in July, got a success mail a week after the test. Said I'll be scheduled for an interview. They didn't state when. Till date I've not been contacted. I have a coupla friends who wrote after me and passed too, but are yet to be called for interview. I really don't know how it works with them. Just prepare and go for the test. It won't hurt. I wish you Success.

Anyone with a genuine idea of what CrusaderSterling Pensions aptitude test like? I'm scheduled for Monday at her Abuja office.

Please I'm open to real-time ideas to aid my preparations.
