I have a copy of my transcript with me. I'd just scan it together with the other documents requested and send back to them.

I don't have my transcript with me but I have contacted my school for it. Plz what do they mean by Matric or equivalent (final high school results)

Matric or equivalent (final high school results) means your o'level certificate. Either WASSCE or NECO.
