Ingredients
Yam
Chicken breast
Carrot
Green pepper
Tatashe/Bell pepper
Crushed Black pepper
Seasoning
Oil(optional)
Onion (I forgot to add in this dish)

Preparation
-Peel, cut, yam in tiny cube and set aside in a bowl of water
-cut carrot, set aside
-cut you peppers and set aside
-cut the chicken breast and set aside

Cooking
-Place a pot on the fire put the yam, add water,seasoning and the chicken breast
-bring to a boil the reduce the heat to medium low heat
-then add the carrot (this should be about 5 mins into cooking time)
-when its about 7 mins to the end of cooking add the red pepper - when its its 3 mins to the end add the green pepper(this is to help retained the colour, as it may discolour it add too early)
-make sure there is little water always, you can top with hot water if its drying out
-then mash few of the yam to make the water thicken
-Then finish with a drizzle with a bit of oil for shine

Note -this dish is super fast
And there are other methods of cooking this and achieve great result.
