Some devices come with QuickCharge others have their own fast charging technology.

My Nokia 3310 charges faster than all these!

They charge quickly and drain quickly.
Phones with good and lasting batteries don't charge full within that time. My techno l8 plus is an example.

It's not how fast it charges, it's how slowly it discharges.
