While we are preparing for NDAEE, we should also remember to gym as "the early bird gets the biggest worm .
So for those of us who cannot "hit the gym"

NB- Always do more reps than expected, and rest when nessesary (Go for the Hard Plan)

there's nothing wrong with ur age,what am worried about is ur ssce.It must not be more than five years I.e(2006-2010)
