Thanks for your observation. They are currently proceeding on putting it in past with the assistance of Lagos state government.

The issue of flood isn't about when it rains, it's about when the dam is open. The last flood was believed to be artificial because the management wanted the government to release ecological funds. The last time it happened before now was in 2012. And I'm sure it rained the following years as well before 2016.

@fastshipping, I agree with the op, that gra is very very big and lagos civil servants have cornered most of the plots available there, prices vary a lot cos the land is now allocated to individual depending on how desperate the seller is, they currently fixing the drainage and road but any buyer must be prepared for raft or normal strip foundation depending on the plot

Second gate and third gate, works are currently going on, especially the second gate. If you're in Lagos, and not too far, please come so you can see for yourself.

The government will definitely give the estate a facelift. You don't have to wait until then because the prices are going up steadily.

The Isheri Estates Community gate/plaque are currently being installed, which will give the entire estates in the Isheri North axis facelift. These can be seen as you drive along Lagos/Ibadan express way. I can attach a picture here by morning.

Also, Ogun state government have chased all the traders along the Kara/Bridge road and are currently working on the road as we speak.
