I played pes 2016 fine on my laptop with windows 8 but then upgraded to windows 10 and it doesn't work again all it shows me when I try to start it is application error 0xc00007b can someone with a solution please help I use both an Intel core and Amd drive

try and download directX and install.. You are good to go!!

use the windows settings and make the game to work on previous version of windows (backward compatibility), that way the game will work.
