You can fill the forms anywhere, anytime, but I'd recommend u wait till you acquire a bed space in order to fill it in the space required for Hall Accommodation. And if you ain't interested in school hostel then go ahead and fill your forms.

Nothing can be done brother, the money u paid went directly to federal government's TSA (TREASURY SINGLE ACCOUNT). No refund can be made. Sorry for your loss brother.

leave the Health Centre no, u'd be issued upon registration at the University health centre. Hall address will be given if U'r lucky to be allocated a bedspace. U can fill it in den.

Yeah sure, U can get one inside campus very close to the gate, MAINTENANCE and the likes. Also u can get private hostels outside and very close to the school gate. Maintenance goes for around 70k upwards per annum. Four in a room. Outside could go for lesser, around 40k upwards depending on ur taste and preference.
Maintenance is only for females though!!
