It's okay. Simply means the firmware of Note 4 Global would be installed on your Note 4X and subsequently when you check the phone info, it would show Note 4 as the model.

for clarification sake, dere z official global rom for redmi note 4x, d latest version z evwn v8.2... the so called global rom, after flashing it on redmi note 4x, ya device will show as redmi note 4...go to redmi note 4x forum, u go undstnd beta..., d indian veraion, snap 625 global version n redmi note 4x re all codenamed MIDO....roms re interchangeable, if u download custom roms sef, u dnt need a special modem like kate n kenzo palaver

You can get the answer to your questions by downloading the alixpress app and multiplying the dollar equivalent by #325. Should cost you around 60-80k, depending on which phone and variant you like. Yes xiaomi products are reliable.
