I've thought about this. I know that call rates are now very low and stuff, but there are lots of reasons why one needs the services of a pay phone.

Do you have a pay phone operator in your area?

Because Nitel, like every other government agency, is dead. And Nigerians with their fancy gsm phones feel they are now too big for pay phones, whereas they are still being used in more civilized countries.
