Only two Xiaomi phones (Redmi note 3 special edition and MI note 2) met my requirements, supporting all LTE bands in Nigeria being the major one. The first one is not available on Aliexpress while the price of note 2 is way higher than my budget.

You should provide documents for the particular card.

It doesn't matter if you use different cards with different names, as long as you can prove you're the cardholder.
