The picture breaks one's heart.

Unfortunate.
My heart sank the moment I saw his first picture, he's my kid brother's doppelganger and because I don't live with them I was scared the worst has happened. I took a second look and no, he's not my brother but then again this is someone's son and brother, I just broke down and wept profusely.
Death is mankind's worst enemy and the pain of losing a loved one is indescribable.

That boy was hurt and then thrown I side the water. His head suffered trauma. The police should conduct autopsy. Maybe he went for some initiation and died in the process. His head was clearly battered
