I wonder too, it doesn't make sense. Is Uganda that backward?? because i really don't understand the naivety of those who call themselves doctors. Her getting married at 13 alone is overly risky not to talk of other complications with her series of birthing. It is so well.

Just because you can ,it does not mean you should. Contraceptive should be discussed in earnest now. That doctor needs to revise the section on genetics. A woman can inherit a gene ( from her mother ) that makes it more likely to release two or more eggs as is that case egg this women. It has nothing to do with her father.
