I had a paypal account registered with Germany details.
So I just created the visa card. Link the card to paypal.
I got debited for verification

Actually the account was opened for me by a friend in Germany but he does not want to put his personal card on the paypal since I will be the one using the paypal account.
I sent the visa details to him and he did everything.

Anytime I got paid to the paypal account I will be notified by mail.

If I need to send funds he will do it for me over there.

I have another usa paypal account that I operate myself 67% paypal. I will generate another card to verify that one too. But it will work.

what if I register with a local address
I looked up online ,I found out its been working with PayPal, I do not want to go through the stress of using a foreign PayPal

I tried with a Nigerian address... But it didn't go through, i had to use my UK PayPal, Cos i have a UK PayPal which i opened but since I didn't have a card to link it up (I just bone am)

I have a World SIM card which I use for verification too ( I was sent a message too)

And it's VPN free.. I'm just using my normal browser with no VPN to access my UK PayPal account

Note: You'll need a World SIM card for verification purposes
