So, I went through as many posts as I could and I want to make a correction. The situation in the north is grossly exaggerated, I have spent all my life there and asides those posted to Borno state who can even redeploy, there's absolutely no need to complain. People have different norms and northerners would find it equally difficult to adjust to the south.
Do not decide to wait for next batch because you were posted to the north. That is such a trivial reason to stay at home for another 6 months. If you hate the north so much, redeploy after camp but don't stay home.

P.S: you might still get a northern state next batch

1.Marital reason
2.Health reason
3.DG directive(very strong connection)
But health is the easiest, just prepare your medical report, and fill redeployment form when they're sharing it in camp, make sure u follow up, don't dullllllll!.
