Oil and gas Your Analysis of SHELL SPDC is WRONG CONTRACT STAFFS IN SHELL VARIES QA/QC COntracts and INSPECTION CONTRACTS that is N250,000 - N500,00 but SERVICE CONTRACTS(CONTRACT STAFFS IN THE FIELD LOCATIONS) EARN N100,000 to 200,000 ( NO FIELD ALLOWANCE OR END OF CONTRACT BONUS or EVEN 13TH MONTH ) DON'T BE TOO QUICK TO RUSH TO BEING A CONTRACT STAFF IN A SHELL FIELD >>IT IS MODERN SLAVERY WHILE YOUR TAKE NOTE 2 Likes |

This is the most accurate list I have seen. The shell figure is so correct as it is 8 million naira per annum which makes 667k every month. Access bank has upgraded from the 237k to 250k+ for entry level. You should have done for the education sector too so people can see how much international schools pay and all. It would have made the thread better. CC: singlessubway 6 Likes |

Let me add dotor salary 80,000 to 800,000 this figure includes government (federal and state) and private hospitals. Pay is usually determined by years of experience nd whether you are a specialist |
Re: Pay Structure of Most Nigerian companies as at February 2017 by naturalwaves: 8:39am On May 24, 2017 |
ioreth69:Yes o. Contract staff earns 60k+ while permanent entry level staff used to be 157k or thereabout before the upgrade was done to around 206k. I know all these because I was formerly there. |

Ericsson pays more than that for contract staff talk less of permanent. Contract staff in most companies (including Ericsson) is akin to modern slavery but permanent staff? Hmm Ericsson permanent staff earn more than 250k excluding allowances and there are allowances like overtime, gym, stress allowance(when you work @ night - night shift) etc. I prefer to work in the telecoms department of Ericsson (4days On - 4days OFF) in a 12hr shift. If I ever get there, I could use my four days OFF to travel to my village! 3 Likes |

Re: Pay Structure of Most Nigerian companies as at February 2017 by Nobody: 8:54am On May 24, 2017 |
ednut1:Yes, 100% slaves. Who ever works for another, to be paid by another, is owned by that person at the tenure he or she works for that person. This is truly the definition of slavery, it does not matter how much you are paid. 2 Likes 1 Share |
