did you apply to WSU through agent? if yes which?
is it true the second year tuition is lower than the first?
how feasible is it to work during the semester and still maintain a high grade? or do you work only during breaks?
does the course offer internship/capstone at the end?
how would you compare the cost of living in sydney to melbourne?
is WSU AL1?
mehn....this sounds like an interview grin
if you're serious about wanting answers you will do your research yourself, pple on here are either looking to get on the Aussie bus or in Aussie already and pretty much occupied with hustle and studying, there are no agents on here...but well I will help some,if you actually get on the school's website you will get all the answers u seek...but yes 2nd year is cheaper and they have a number of agents...options edu agency, pfl and bcie are some of them.

Hey good job tracking me down, lol. How can I help?

Maybe people don't mention it cos their Bachelor of Nursing isn't reputable or the location isn't suitable. For nursing degrees, the Uni you choose matters cos you don't want to struggle for placements during studies or jobs after graduation. I'll be doing the entire next semester of my practical unit in a reputable hospital, thanks to WSU. Cheap doesn't always mean good you know.

When people refuse to take sound advice, they end up in cities with no good jobs, doing mean and frustrating jobs with little pay. This makes them bitter because they are always tired and worn out, so they give others the impression that Australia isn't a good country for Intl students. And most times they have to search for obese ghetto white women/men as their only way out of frustration grin. Choose the right course and city and your life will be a bliss. Mine is a bliss, there's no city or country I would rather be right now #sydneyrocks cheesy

well thank you......but most of these questions can only be answered by someone who has been there done that. I have swept through the school's website with an igbale (broom) of life. well it's all good, I get your point though.

How would you compare the cost of living in Sydney to Melbourne?
Is WSU AL1?
While U await JS's response, let me answer the two I'm sure of.
- Cost of living in Sydney is higher. According to JS, if one is smart and get jobs, paying the bills won't be an issue anyway.
- WSU is AL2...

Ok bye

Victoria university is in Melbourne and is still a good place for jobs. Your assertion should be wrong.

Asides the fact that the school is in Melbourne, can U please share other things you know about it and the said course with us?
Is that where U're studying pls?

It wasn't an assertion, cos I used the word "maybe" and I wasn't sure of the location of their Nursing Program. Yeah, Melbourne is a cool city.

WSU is AL2. Cost of living is higher in Sydney and so are the wages. I'm not sure about internships but that should depend on the course, check your course info page. School fees are increased each year, no chance of being lower second or third year. You can work within the allowed 40 per fortnight during school term and still make good grades easily but it's up to you.

I applied through PFL but they didn't make any difference in my application, feel like I wasted my 100k. WSU don't require agents for applications.

Victoria University is in Melbourne footscray 15mins drive to Melbourne CBD, though am not in Aussie her experience counts as first hand. I cant say with certainly that there is employment after school when someone finish from VU( interms of school rating). so when u are in the school u have to be away that school like RMIT, la trobe, UNImel etc are there to compete.

Thank you. Most people say it's really difficult to work during the semester cause the graduate entry nursing is rigorous.

I paid into deakin through same channel few days ago. The bank didnt tell me it was imposible. My only not cool part abt it is that they told me it might take a week before payment is made as form A is always bidded for nd on a rolling basis. A lot of people on this platform said it takes 2 days to mAke payment through first bank. Why is this different?

first bank told me 2-3days too. What course are you going for at deakin and which campus?

Quick suggestion to any student flying to Sydney. Instead of buying a one way ticket from Lagos to Sydney, you can buy a Return ticket from Sydney for about the same amount or less in a posh airline like Emirates. When you do so, suspend the 'Sydney to Lagos' ticket and Use 'Lagos to Sydney' for your trip. The suspended ticket will be valid for one year and it cost nothing extra to get it.

Take a look at the picture attached and make your calculations.

This will work best for those who prefer a single-stop, as multiple-stop flights with longer duration will be cheaper.

NB: I am not affiliated with Emirates. This is applicable to Qatar, Etihad, Emirates.
What site is that, is that skyscanner.com?

Yes she can sponsor you. Though AL1 schools might not accept as GTE.

Why can't she sponsor her sister instead of you and you guys will still achieve the same purpose?

This is a red flag for GTE as your background is not related to nursing and it will be assumed that your utmost intention is PR and not studies.

All kinds of people from different background going for nursing and the schools and embassies waiting for them.

Though if you have related experience and previous studies, you can try.

She's my husband's sister. I want to use my husband as my social. My husband just denied Canadian study visa and we decided I try this time around. Can I submit more than one bank statement of my sponsor. My mum uses about 3 accounts and just one statement might not be sufficient. That's y I was considering using my sister in law.
Thank you for your quick response. I am grateful.

Health insurance compulsory for all students.

Around 1000AUD to 1300 AUD for the duration if masters.
