Maybe battery calibration, but this is indeed hilarious, have you tried simple steps like rebooting? You can also update your rom if possible.

For my area, Glo gives me speed of UP TO 600kb during the day and 700-1030/KB in the wee hours of the mornings (on the days I do there 200/1gb night subscription.

Best bet is there's always someone who bought one and wants to sell it still brand new. That way you can get it cash n carry basis

Or go through those guys that help with purchasing. But if you can source your forex yourself, I don't see why you'd want to do that.

If it's on AliExpress, it'll still take like 3 weeks give or take.
