Pls do anybody have an idea of what i should do in this case, somebody took my company to urban and regional tribunal Abuja, praying the court to demolish our block of shops cos he claimed it's blocking his right of way. And this case has lingered since June last year. That block of shops is our life's savings. Even FHA never denied giving us approval to erect the block of shop.This man in question has already put his own blocks of shop besides ours up for sale. We initially wanted to buy before, but the price was too high until we saw a space for sale beside his own directly from FHA freshly allocated. I wouldn't know why he is doing this to us cos he is very wealthy he owns hotel beside the court and several other properties, but we are just a struggling business people.

Pls can anybody give me an idea of what to do cos we are tired of waiting for the tribunal to start the hearing, all our lawyer told us is that the Judges are retired and they are waiting for President Buhari to come and inaugurate another Judge. Pls help
