There is something called, the law of demand and supply. What the OP is posting is only applicable in two scenarios;
1. when unemployment is low and competition for employees is high
2. when the prospective employee is very valuable and uncommon, especially one with experience.

If u think being employed under tough work conditions could be frustrating, try staying at home unemployed for 2years.
