Why are you so fixated in your views about pricing. Are there fixed prices for locally used cars?

A seller is at liberty to fix a price that best addresses his needs at a particular time.

And.. this vehicle doesn't even look 2011. More of 2008 so I don't see the basis for raising any red flag.

Can't really say from the taillights if you're judging by that. The rims are from 2011 so the taillights might have been replaced with that of 2008 because cheaper or maybe that's what was available but you're right about sellers determining their own prices.
