Crazy thing it's only gives output( Charge other phone ) when plugged to electric socket?

The battery - power output circuitry is damaged, probably from an overload of the two port being used simultaneously for a very long time which causes the circuit to heat up excessively and fail.

The power bank is designed to allow pass through charging, that's why a connected device will charge while the power bank is plugged. In this mode, the power bank charges, at a much slower rate, while the device charges a a fairly higher rate.

The circuit is been designed to work with max output ... 2.1 and 1.0 A respectively. The PB doesn't get heated to which I'm aware of.

I've only been using the power bank to charge my phone i7 and the mifi ... The i7 charges pretty quick on an Hour to 1hr 30min or so,same is applicable to the mifi which I bought from you ( Remember? )


I still don't understand why this should be an issue as I'm also very careful handling the product .
