Turn off the phone. Wait a minute, plug the charger, wait till it's 100%, then unplug the charger and turn on. The battery graph should be vertical now. Then you can monitor the battery again.


But if your phone is already 100%, you can try it at the next charge cycle

It's difficult to tell. But it sometimes happens if both sims are on 3G. You can try any network signal app to detect. I'm sure that'll help
