I applied for a trainee job in UK recently and I was sent an email to come for an ACADEMIC TEST. Please I need advice on how to apply for visa, what kind of Visa and whether to request for invitation from the company. Thanks

Haaaahaaa! Thanks bro for your advice. It is a trainee /apprenticeship position run by Airbus Group a company that produce aircraft. I actually applied for the job
I have been applying for over 2 years now because it is a yearly programme.

Most UK companies that conduct screening tests do them online except if it is an assessment centre which consists of several interviews and possibly tests. Drop the name of the company and I will be better able to advice.

If it's Airbus and an apprenticeship role, it is highly likely that they will not sponsor but you can contact them and explain your situation.

. Thanks bro. It is Airbus Group Craft Apprenticeship programme. I have sent them mail. They said the reply will be in 72 hrs. The test is towards this month end.

1.I seriously doubt that you are dealing with airbus company directly

2. Companies hardly sponsor foreigners for a trainee or apprenticeship program because those programs are for British citizens or those with residency papers.
