Certainly not all public schools are bad and not all private are good. I don't think I implied otherwise. I just stated that my well- rounded child, with good grades and great SATs could not get in great universities.

I can't agree more with Battywonder. Getting good grades is not that difficult, all you need to do is follow these tips:
1.Practice proper time-management
2. Actively participate in classes (Try not to miss any of them)
3. Improve your test-taking skills
4. Regularly review your notes & assignments
5. Seek help when needed
