that is nigeria for u... i wrote mine on Wednesday.
the test was slated for 10:00am but before we could start it was almost 11:30am after long time of waiting.

It is one person per State, according to the interview coordinators.

Infact the States that have more than one person with the same highest score in the test will have to write another test, one person must be chosen.
