Hello my engineers in the house, I have an infinix note 3 which went off and refused to on even when plugged to charger, this occurred a week after my warranty expired.
I still went ahead to CarlCare only for the desk attendant to look at my phone and she asked me the problem and i told her,babe did not take the phone to any engineer, she simply went through her desktop and to me my bill is 30k because the panel will be changed,imagine a phone I used for only a year and one week..
I tried to maintain my warranty stand but the rude babe told me its expired... Am left wondering if she has a sort of eye scanner or something.... Please my engineers what do you suggest I do.
I don't want to abandon the phone it's still looking new.

Please I have been unable to install whatsapp every time I try it keeps showing not installed, what do I do sir?

The thing is panel don't just die like that.

First step to take is if you av a pc download mtk drivers install it and connect ur fone to ur pc ....if it make connection sound ur panel can be revive easily. If it doesn't then u need to lose it. Get methylated spirit and soak it .dry it in hot sun for long period of time. It shud work

What happened to the phone before it packed up? did you try rooting it or what?
